The 2026 Corolla Cross is now available at Toyota Muscatine

The American assembled Corolla Cross has officially entered its 2026 model year, and is available now! Built in Huntsville, Alabama, the Corolla Cross is the perfect choice for those wanting a new compact SUV, at a reasonable price. The Corolla Cross gas model MSRP starts at $24,635 with the hybrid counterpart starting at $28,995. The new model year has brough new features for the Cross, including the two new front grille designs. The Corolla Cross Hybrid is equipped with a sleek color keyed design, while the gas model gets a bold and rugged design. The improvements continue to the interior of the SUV. The front console area has been completely reworked, giving the driver and front passenger a maximized amount of space. In addition to maximized space, the Cross now has the optional upgrade of 10.5 inch multimedia screen and optional 12.3 inch digital gauge cluster.

The Cold Weather Package has newly been added as a standard feature on the gas XLE AWD and hybrid XSE grades. This package has been added as an optional add-on for the gas LE AWD and hybrid SE grades. The Corolla Cross has also expanded its color options for the interior and the exterior. The Portobello interior color has been added along with the Cavalry Blue exterior. The Cavalry Blue exterior color is available on the gas LE, gas XLE, hybrid SE, and hybrid XSE. For those seeking the hybrid option, there is an exclusive option to give your SE or XSE a two tone exterior with a Cavalry Blue Body and Jet Black roof. Across the entire Corolla Cross line-up, there are 10 different bold colors to choose from. If the dark accents are up your alley, the Cross also has two new wheels designs featuring a dark-gray metallic or gloss-black finish.

The 2026 Hybrid model is equipped with Toyota’s latest hybrid tech. Sold exclusively in all wheel drive, the Cross uses Toyota’s 5th Generation Toyota Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) system and standard Electronic On-Demand AWD. This is the same system that is used in several other hybrid models you know and love like the Camry, Crown, and Prius. In total, the Corolla Cross Hybrid has a net combined output of 196 horsepower and an 8-second 0-60 time. Its impressive combined gas milage also reaches an estimated 42 combined MPG. While the gas model isn’t as impressive as the hybrid, it still does well for place in the line-up with a combined estimated mileage of 30 combined MPG.
