We had an excellent experience buying our Highlander from Toyota of Muscatine. Buying from the St. Louis area, we initially had to rely entirely on their answers, photos & CARFAX. They were remarkably responsive—even on Sunday of Labor Day weekend—and readily provided additional photos & information that gave us confidence to make the trip. Jenelicia & Paul were professional, friendly & extremely helpful throughout. We especially appreciated the vehicle service done before purchase, the service records they provided & their willingness to help with everything we needed as out-of-state buyers. The Highlander was exactly what we'd hoped for, and now that we've had it home for a while, we couldn't be happier with it.
