I had an issue with my 2023 Toyota Highlander. I called on a Friday & they got me in on the following Tuesday to get my car looked at. We have a Toyota dealership in Burlington they could not get me until April 3! They are very easy to work with and Ashley the service manager is amazing to work with! Service was great!

The team was fantastic. We were in the area from Colorado and staying in Iowa City. They went so far as to deliver the car to Iowa City after we'd purchased it, obtaining the title for us, and shipping the title to our home in Colorado. They were very responsive, friendly, and reasonable, making the stress of shopping a breeze. A fantastic place to purchase a new vehicle.

Very nice, helpful, and communicative. Isaiah was our sales person and he did everything he could to get us what we wanted. The sales managers were also great help. They all get back to you as soon as they can and are always kind. Will go back to them whenever the time comes to replace a vehicle.

Ashley in the service center was a lifesaver today! The battery in my key fob to my Toyota RAV died and I was stranded. Once I was able to get to Toyota she had me fixed up and ready to go in under five minutes! She even let me in before they opened. Such friendly, great and outstanding customer service.!!
