Master Automotive Technician
Are you a highly skilled and motivated automotive technician with a passion for excellence? Do you have a proven track record of diagnosing and repairing vehicle to the highest standards? If so, Toyota of Muscatine is looking for you to join our team.
Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 depending on Toyota certification level!
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal automotive training program is preferred.
- Toyota Master Technician certification or equivalent manufacturer-specific certifications.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a strong focus on diagnostics and complex repairs.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, scanners, and various software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.
- Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
- Perform complex electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic repairs using the latest technology and equipment.
- Complete comprehensive vehicle inspections and identify potential issues for proactive maintenance.
- Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for repairs to customers and service advisors.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians, assisting in their skill development and growth.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and industry trends through continuous training.

Collision Repair Technician

Automotive Service Technician
We are seeking a Service Technician to join the Toyota of Muscatine team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cars, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills
- ASE certified preferred
- Ability to work as a team
- Passion for automobiles and desire to build career in the industry
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and mechanics
- Strong willingness to learn and ability to be instructed by senior techs
- Assist experienced technicians in performing routine automotive maintenance following Toyota's standards and guidelines.
- Learn how to conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues or maintenance requirements.
- Support senior techs in diagnosing and repairing minor mechanical problems.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate record-keeping of services performed including parts used, labor hours, and vehicle condition.
- Learn to utilize diagnostic tools and equipment effectively under the guidance of experienced techs.4Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for everyone.
