They were remarkably responsive—even on Sunday of Labor Day weekend—and readily provided additional photos & information that gave us confidence to make the trip. Jenelicia & Paul were professional, friendly & extremely helpful throughout. We especially appreciated the vehicle service done before purchase, the service records they provided & their willingness to help with everything we needed as out-of-state buyers. The Highlander was exactly what we'd hoped for, and now that we've had it home for a while, we couldn't be happier with it. Toyota of Muscatine made what could have been a difficult long-distance purchase easy & comfortable. I had an issue with my 2023 Toyota Highlander. I called on a Friday & they got me in on the following Tuesday to get my car looked at. We have a Toyota dealership in Burlington they could not get me until April 3! They are very easy to work with and Ashley the service manager is amazing to work with! Service was great!

The team was fantastic. We were in the area from Colorado and staying in Iowa City. They went so far as to deliver the car to Iowa City after we'd purchased it, obtaining the title for us, and shipping the title to our home in Colorado. They were very responsive, friendly, and reasonable, making the stress of shopping a breeze. A fantastic place to purchase a new vehicle.

Very nice, helpful, and communicative. Isaiah was our sales person and he did everything he could to get us what we wanted. The sales managers were also great help. They all get back to you as soon as they can and are always kind. Will go back to them whenever the time comes to replace a vehicle.
