All-New 4Runner: Coming Early 2025

The capable 6th generation 4Runner coming to Toyota Muscatine soon!

The all-new redesigned 2025 4Runner will be rolling out to dealers in early 2025. The 4Runner will be available in 9 unique grades, with the first-ever Trailhunter and Platinum grades. The 9 4Runner grades includes: SR5, TRD Sport, TRD Sport Premium, TRD Off-Road, TRD Off-Road Premium, Limited, Platinum, TRD Pro, and Trailhunter. Of those grades, the i-FORCE MAX powertrain is available on the TRD Off-Road, TRD Off-Road Premium, and Limited. The i-FORCE MAX powertrain will come standard on the Platinum, TRD Pro, and Trailhunter. The 2.4-liter turbo four-cylinder i-FORCE (gas) powertrain will come standard on SR5, TRD Sport, and TRD Sport Premium. The gas powertrain will also be available on the TRD Off-Road, TRD-Off Road Premium, and Limited grades.

All grades will come standard with Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, Toyota’s most up-to-date safety system. The 4Runner shares the same platform as the redesigned Tacoma, Tundra, Land Cruiser, and Sequoia models, with increased rigidity and durability in comparison to its previous generation. Each grade has an enhanced ride and handling based on the types of driving that grade is intended for. The TRD Sport is equipped with sport-tuned shocks for enhanced responsiveness. The TRD Off-Road is equipped with monotube Bilstein remote reservoir shocks for extended wheel travel and greater heat dissipation. It also include an end stop control valve that provides increased damping force as the suspension comes closer to a full bound stroke. The TRD Pro is equipped with fitted TRD-tuned FOX QS3 three-way adjustable internal bypass shocks with remote reservoirs for improved high speed off-road performance. The Trailhunter comes with Old Man Emu forged monotube shocks with remote reservoirs that are tuned for optimum level of off-road control. The Platinum and Limited grades are equipped with an adaptive variable suspension for a superior on road driving.

The exterior colors available on the 4Runner include Ice Cap, Cutting Edge (new), Underground, Black, Heritage Blue, Everest (new), Mudbath (TRD Pro exclusive), Supersonic Red (premium), and Wind Chill Pearl (premium).
