I purchased a 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE (VIN ending 3869) on February 26, 2026 and clearly instructed that the vehicle was being purchased under Universal Support, Inc.
Despite this, the dealership processed all documents under my personal name using an electronic signature system without clearly disclosing what was being signed.

Very poor pre-purchase inspection experience. I requested a Toyota vehicle I was planning to purchase private party undergo in depth inspection to evaluate overall vehicle condition and advise on upcoming routine maintenance. I was reassured that routine things like engine oil level, coolant level, and cabin air filter were all in order. I had an issue with my 2023 Toyota Highlander. I called on a Friday & they got me in on the following Tuesday to get my car looked at. The team was fantastic. We were in the area from Colorado and staying in Iowa City. They went so far as to deliver the car to Iowa City after we'd purchased it, obtaining the title for us, and shipping the title to our home in Colorado. Ashley in the service center was a lifesaver today! The battery in my key fob to my Toyota RAV died and I was stranded. Toyota of Muscatine may have just got my permanent business despite being 45 minutes away. The Toyota of Iowa City and Cedar Rapids are both half as far to drive but Steven was a real life saver. Because the waiting lounge was so comfortable and so well stocked for customers, while they waited, there was absolutely no reason to rush.

There was no high pressure from him, and he worked hard to help us find exactly what we wanted. Once the vehicle was delivered, he was very helpful in getting us familiar with the features and getting our devices hooked up. Jake was equally pleasant and helpful with the financing part of the transaction. We highly recommend Paul and this dealership.

First time working with Alex at the dealership. Helped find the Sequoia I wanted. Since obtaining the car have been back to see him numerous times to answer questions about the new vehicle and to "teach" me how to use the features of the vehicle. During the last cold spell, one of my tires was low. All the stations I went had their tire pumps frozen. I decided to go to Toyota. They were extremely busy but found time to air up all of my tires. I have purchased cars from them over the last 20 years. On a scale from 1 to 10, they are a solid 10.
Friendly service, and they also provide transportation while your vehicle is getting serviced. Convenient, honest workers, and I would highly recommend it.
