All interactions with Paul during the four month order to delivery time frame were pleasant and informative. He kept us updated on the evolving delivery schedule. When vehicle arrived, both Paul and Isaiah as well as the rest of the dealership staff were friendly and efficient in getting us on the road with the new vehicle. We enjoyed working with the “smaller” dealership, it seemed more personal and we would recommend giving Toyota of Muscatine a look when looking for a new Toyota. While traveling out of town, We had to have our Jeep towed and the only people that answered was this amazing dealer. Even though it was close to closing time, Tim not only answered but was very kind and professional. We ended up having to get it fixed and Ashley was amazing. MY HERO! Toyota of Muscatine may have just got my permanent business despite being 45 minutes away. The Toyota of Iowa City and Cedar Rapids are both half as far to drive but Steven was a real life saver. My car died right before Christmas of all times, i called at 4 pm the day after Christmas to see if they could get me in sooner because Iowa City and Cedar Rapids we’re booked out to January and gave no alternative options. Steven answered the phone and he was willing to drive 45 minutes to jump me and make sure I could get there so he could look at my car. Talk about service! He was doing everything in his power to make sure i could get there safely. I am incredibly grateful for the compassion he showed me. Thank you Steven! And thank you Toyota of Muscatine for putting a focus on the customer service aspect with your employees. It shows!

Great Experience purchasing my new 2024 Rav 4 Hybrid. They knew I was short on time, so they had everything ready to go. I was in and on the road in a short amount of time. Great to deal with!

The wait time while they were servicing my vehicle was longer than I expected. Because the waiting lounge was so comfortable and so well stocked for customers, while they waited, there was absolutely no reason to rush. It felt nice when I got in the car knowing it was serviced by the professionals and they did a check on multiple systems. I didn't realize that a oil change had so much extra but now that I know it's well worth it. The most rememberable part was the staff. They were incredibly friendly like they had been trained and professional hospitality. I have to say this is the first time I enjoyed getting an oil change. lol.

We had a great experience buying our new Sienna at Toyota of Muscatine. Kyle made our purchase as easy as possible, and was a great communicator. It was a great experience.

After waiting a painful 10 months for a 2024 Prius LE, and making monthly visits to a Wisconsin Toyota Dealership, we were told once again by our sales representative, there is no update to your Prius order. Basically, your guess is as good as mine. At that point my husband and I decided to move on and venture out and try a new course for finding a Prius. After striking out calling Toyota Dealerships in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota, my husband struck gold calling Toyota of Muscatine in Iowa. He talked to a very pleasant and helpful auto sales representative, Donovan Baldwin. By a miraculous chance, the dealership was expecting a 2024 Prius LE in the Cutting Edge color, with black interior within a month. The only option tacked on to the sticker price was fitted floor mats. Exactly what we were looking for since November of 2023. The deal was made through phone conversions and text messages. So, on September 30, 2024, my husband and I drove 271 miles to the dealership in Muscatine and drove home with our new Prius! It was an all around outstanding buying experience and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Toyota of Muscatune, Iowa! Thanks again Donovan!
